Flourish Women’s Discipleship is Thrive Church’s intentional pathway for helping women grow into the fullness of who God created them to be. The name Flourish reflects the biblical promise that those rooted in God’s presence will thrive with spiritual strength, purpose, and fruitfulness. As Scripture says, “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God” (Psalm 92:13). Flourish creates a life-giving environment where women are nurtured in truth, formed through community, and empowered to live with confidence in Christ.
Flourish provides opportunities for women to Gather in authentic, grace-filled relationships, Grow through Scripture, prayer, spiritual formation, and mentorship, and Go live out their calling in their families, workplaces, church, and community. Through intentional discipleship, women are equipped to develop spiritual depth, emotional health, and leadership influence rooted in identity as daughters of God.

FORGED Men’s Discipleship is Thrive Church’s intentional pathway for forming men into Christ-centered leaders in their homes, church, and community. The name FORGED reflects the biblical process of spiritual formation, where men are shaped through truth, tested through life, and strengthened through authentic brotherhood. Just as iron is forged in fire, God forms men through His Word, His Spirit, and meaningful relationships with other men pursuing Jesus.
FORGED creates an environment where men can Gather in authentic community, Grow through Scripture, accountability, and spiritual disciplines, and Go live out their calling as servant leaders, husbands, fathers, and disciple-makers. Through regular gatherings, teaching, mentorship, and shared mission, men are equipped to develop spiritual resilience, emotional maturity, and leadership rooted in humility and strength.

who God created him to be, standing firm in faith, leading with integrity, and leaving a lasting
