Thrive is a verb, meaning, if someone thrives, they do well and are successful, healthy, or strong. It is more than surviving.
“Survive” is defined as “to continue to live or exist, especially in spite of danger or hardship.” On the other hand, “thrive” means “prosper, be fortunate or successful, to grow or develop vigorously; to flourish.”
God’s way for us to thrive is found when Jesus said...
“A thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I came so that they might have life and have it more abundantly.”... John 10:10

At Thrive Church, connection with God begins and ends in relationship. Through prayer, daily devotion, and worship, we learn to both love God deeply and receive His love freely. This value calls us to live in constant awareness of His presence—resting, listening, and responding as sons and daughters who know they are loved.

We grow stronger together. Through the practices of developing our story, meeting people, and making disciples, we build meaningful relationships rooted in grace and truth. Discipleship at Thrive Church is not a program—it’s a lifestyle of connection where we walk with one another toward spiritual maturity and Christlikeness.

Love is not selective—it’s Christlike. Through worship, gathering people, and sharing our stories, we embody the radical welcome of Jesus. Demonstrating love means creating a church family where anyone can belong before they believe, encounter grace before judgment, and experience compassion that leads to transformation.
Demonstrate Love
Generosity is our posture. Through developing our story, making disciples, and releasing disciples, we recognize that everything we have—time, talent, and treasure—belongs to God. We give not out of obligation, but out of gratitude, so that the gospel can reach every heart and every home.

We believe the Church thrives when everyone contributes. Through gathering people, making disciples, and releasing disciples, we serve side-by-side to build God’s Kingdom. Teamwork at Thrive means honoring each person’s gift, valuing unity over ego, and celebrating that together, we can do far more than we ever could alone.
